WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH 4 BRUCE LANE?

We fell in love with this home because of its unique contemporary style and

the perfect cul-de-sac location so close to all the Westport amenities. We were so
impressed with the living room featuring floor to ceiling sliders open to the huge

deck, bringing the outside in. We could see ourselves entertaining friends and family

here while being surrounded by the private and peaceful tranquility of the property.

PLEASE DESCRIBE THE RENOVATION PROCESS...

We had to do a total gut renovation when we moved in. Every room had dark wood
paneling and we transformed the entire home into a light filled sanctuary. The kitchen

probably was the biggest project with the biggest payoff. We put a lot of sweat equity

into this beautiful home and all our work was well worth it. We've loved every minute
here and we'll miss it terribly.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?

Our neighbors are all super friendly and there for us when we need them.

It will be hard to say goodbye when the time comes.

PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...
We take special pride in our gardens. Our perennials give the property a lush

and serene environment and we continue to be surprised with blooms in

every season. The gardens have so many varieties that thrive with very little
maintenance.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PROPERTY SO SPECIAL?
The location is so special to us because we live on such a quiet and

peaceful cul-de-sac. It truly feels like a retreat to us. Our home is the perfect

Zen experience which is very important to us as well. It's unique layout and
architecture is like no other home we've ever experienced.
