What will you miss most about your home?

There’s so much we’ll miss. Spending the first warm spring day out on the deck with the afternoon
sun, taking evening walks with the whole family after dinner, and trick-or-treating at the neighbors’
homes—who treat our boys like family. This was our very first home, and we originally planned for
it to be our forever home. We poured so much love into creating a space that’s cozy, functional,
and truly comfortable.

Why are you moving?

Although we had every intention of staying long-term, an exciting opportunity came up—one that
allows us to combine home and business. My husband runs Live a Little Vans, a custom camper van
company, and we found a property that offers space to support his growing business. As much as
we love this home, we couldn’t pass up the chance for a better balance and room for growth.

Will you miss your neighbors?

Absolutely—we have the best neighbors. They’re the kind of people who bring cookies when you
move in, give your kids the “special” Halloween candy, and check in if the power goes out. It’s the
kind of neighborhood you dream about—where people are always outside walking, waving, and

stopping to chat..

Tell us about the grounds.

I truly love our yard. Even though we’re in a neighborhood, the backyard feels private and peaceful.
In the summer, the deck feels like it’s tucked into the forest, surrounded by greenery and birdsong.
It’s our little retreat.

What makes your property so special?

The warmth. From the moment you walk in, it just feels like home. Whether it’s cozying up in the
family room by the wood-burning stove in winter, enjoying late summer nights on the deck, or
settling into bed after a full day—this home has always wrapped us in comfort and calm.
