Q: What made you purchase this home when you were looking to buy?

A: I fell in love with the natural light everywhere, and the serene vibe of this home. The flow
of this home worked so great for entertaining family and friends. Being at the end of a
cul-de-sac, I had the privacy I was looking for, but I always knew my awesome neighbors
were right down the road! A huge plus was also being right next to the golf course, we love
to golf!

Q: What are some of your favorite features of your home?

A: I love all my fireplaces! I use them all the time, almost daily in the winter. There is
nothing better than toasting up next to a warm fire! I really enjoy observing all 4 seasons
from anywhere I am in my home. It is really special watching the delicate snow fall, or
watching the leaves change the beautiful colors they do every year! Watching the wildlife
pass by was also a special treat.

Q: What was your favorite thing about the neighborhood?

A: Our neighbors themselves are just simply amazing, and we will miss them the most! Our
neighborhood is so family oriented, and we all love each others company. We created
so many great memories over the years trick-or-treating with the kids, holiday events,
decorating our mailboxes. I feel a sense of safety knowing my neighbors are always there

Q: What makes your home so special?

A: As we were making a move from NYC, we loved that this home had it all for any lifestyle

we wanted. As we were leaving the "hustle & bustle" of city life, this home really felt
like a "staycation" with everything we could want right at our fingertips! In the winter
there are amazing sledding destinations right on the course, beautiful hiking trails,
apple & pumpkin picking right down the road, beautiful beaches in Westport, and not
to mention golf, tennis and so much more next door. We really have it all thanks to this
