know that our daughter received a quality education right in our neighborhood. Walking our
daughter to school everyday, using the playground and riding our bikes on school grounds
created wonderful memories for our family.
4. Plenty of Room: The spaciousness of our home is a constant source of joy. With ample living
space, entertaining space, and a beautiful yard, we will miss all the family gatherings, sleepovers
my daughter had with her friends and parties we enjoyed.

relax and unwind without feeling crowded or overlooked by neighbors. Early morning coffee on
our back deck is the best part of our day!
