WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH 281 MISTYWOOD LANE?
When we first saw the home we were in awe of the property, the land and the view- so peaceful.
The open concept of the kitchen area was another selling point. Plus the chef’s style kitchen was a
must. We moved here from Texas so having large bedrooms was a must. The pool was a total bonus!

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?
YES! We have loved living in a neighborhood where you are welcomed to casually drop by a neighbors
home. Our neighbors are always there to lend a hand from sharing car-pooling to after school activities to
taking packages while you are away from home.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...
We instantly fell in love with “our hill”! We not only see our landscape but also the treetops of Greenfield
Hill! Watching the seasons change here on the hill is breathtaking! In the Spring and Summer everything is
in bloom. Fall arrives with its warm colors and a fresh snow fall in the winter is amazing!

WHAT MAKES YOUR LOT SO SPECIAL?
Great space and sledding hill in the winter! The privacy of the hill, an added plus, in heavy rains, no sitting
water! The house is protected by the hill, so if a good wind storm comes through, the house is well protected.

GET TO KNOW THE NEIGHBORS ...

“We moved into our home on Mistywood Lane about four years ago and have enjoyed having such great
neighbors on the street. Everyone is very friendly and they plan lots of activities for the children. Our
children love having other children right in our own neighborhood to play with. Burr Elementary School is
a short bus ride away.”

“Our family has lived on the Lane for 12 years and I must say I love my neighbors and the sense of
community we have on Mistywood. We organize a lot of get togethers: Halloween Trick or Trunk, Holiday
themed gatherings, sledding,BBQs and pool parties, to name a few. Living on a cul de sac street like
Mistywood means there’s not thru traffic on our street. Our children can ride their bikes on the street and
cul de sac without fear. Also, there are plenty of other children to play with on any given day! One of the
great advantages of living in Greenfield Hill and in our neighborhood are the large lots and outdoor space
for everyone can enjoy.”
