What to Expect
When you list your home for sale there is a certain level of excitement that occurs,
The Vanderblue Team is here to navigate you through every step of the way. When

RBL GENERAL PROCEDURES
NDE that agents should follow to show your home:

on the MLS.

availability.
• Once the appointment is confirmed the agent and their clients will arrive at the
specified time period and use a key that is located in the Electronic Key Box.
• Your Vanderblue Agent will do their best to attend many of the showings to be
available to answer any questions that may arise but will give them the privacy to
view the home.
• Other showing arrangements may be implemented upon your request.
During the first 2 weeks of agreeing to work together, the exciting marketing
concepts discussed during the marketing consultation will be implemented.
