Ken Betza’s passion for building began in Bergen County, New
Jersey, where he spent summers working alongside a respected
developer. Born in the Bronx and raised in the heart of New
Jersey, Ken's journey took a creative turn. He spent years in the

entertainment industry as an actor, writer, and director. That
same artistic eye and dedication to storytelling now fuel his work
in residential construction.

Ken brings a director’s vision to homebuilding. His approach is
meticulous, visual, and deeply intentional. He focuses on
thoughtful design, maximizing space, and layering in
architectural detail that brings warmth and personality to each

home. From custom millwork and tailored accents to functional,
flowing layouts, Ken’s builds balance sophistication with comfort.

With a commitment to craftsmanship, Ken collaborates only with
