EXPERT

FLORIA POLVERARI

Floria was born and raised in Connecticut
and has loved living in various towns
throughout the years. After graduating
from the University of Connecticut, she
applied her Communications degree in a
variety of career venues. She has been an
international flight attendant for Pan Am,
worked on Fashion Avenue in NYC as well
as a Corporate Facilities/Property Director
with World Wrestling Entertainment in
Stamford for many years. Working in these
high energy and fast paced environments
gave Floria the confidence and ability
to start her own business in 1998 as a
General Contractor/Builder. She went
on to construct both custom and spec
houses for a variety of buyers, as well as
branch into renovation and commercial
construction. She has been a Licensed
Realtor since 2009 and has helped so
many clients reach the foresight to design
and then reconstruct portions of their new
homes to optimally fit their lifestyle.
