1.Our home has made hosting holidays and special events truly magical. From opening Christmas
gifts in front of the roaring fireplace to lively Fourth of July pool parties and barbecues, having

family and friends gather here has brought us some of our most treasured memories.
2.The location offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. We’re nestled at the end of a

picturesque road, offering peaceful seclusion, yet we’re just minutes from the highway and train
station—making commuting into the city or getting around town incredibly easy.

3.Norwalk is ideally situated for everything we love to do. We’ve enjoyed wine tastings in Darien,
sushi dates in Westport, and spontaneous nights seeing Broadway shows in NYC. It’s all within

such easy reach.
4.The outdoor layout of the home couldn’t be better. The pool is set just far enough from the house

for privacy, yet close enough to easily pop inside. Our sunny patio has been perfect for relaxed
summer dinners or soaking up the sun while working from home.

5.I’ve loved cooking in our spacious and well-designed kitchen. It’s made it so easy to prepare meals

together while playing music, chatting, and sharing a glass of wine. Honestly, the process has often
been just as enjoyable as the meals themselves.
6.Christmas has always felt extra special here. We’ve loved finding a tall 10-foot tree to light up and

decorate in the living room—it filled the space with warmth and joy throughout the season.

7.Hosting overnight guests has been such a pleasure. The main-level guest room is spacious, private,
and includes its own full bathroom. It’s been the perfect setup for family and friends visiting from

near and far.
8.Our dog Khaleesi has loved living here. She’s been able to safely roam the grounds and truly enjoy

our peaceful walks down the private road. It’s been a wonderful environment for her.
9.The primary bedroom upstairs has always felt like a true retreat. It’s private, quiet, and filled with

beautiful natural light. I’ve loved starting the day with a cup of coffee in bed, watching the sun pour
through the windows. The soaking tub is one of my favorite features in the entire home.

10.Being surrounded by nature has added something truly special to daily life. We’ve often seen deer,
bunnies, wild turkeys, groundhogs, and more—it’s felt like living in harmony with the peaceful

rhythm of the outdoors.
