Q: Why are you moving?

A: We are moving to Tennessee to be closer to family. The move is bittersweet because we love
the house, the area, and especially the kids' school. However, we are really excited to start the
next chapter of our lives and look forward to growing our little farm. We were even thinking of
renting the house out so that we could come back at some point.

Q: Tell us about the neighborhood.

A: The neighbors are all super friendly. It is a great place to take walks with the kids and the
dogs. Lots of play dates as more families with children have moved in recently.

Q: What made you choose this home over others to buy?

A: We really wanted this school system. Dwight is the smallest school with a family feel which
was very important to us. We also fell in love with the property. With 5 kids, we spend a lot
of time outdoors and the kids have so much fun with the ducks and chickens. The kids love
animals, so having the horse farm right near us was just perfect. There is plenty of room
for our ice rink in the winters and bocce in the summer. We loved that the driveway is on
Quarter Horse, which is a lovely cul-de-sac for the kids to ride their bikes on.
