TOP TEN THINGS WE’LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 361 BROOKBEND ROAD

1. The tranquility of our property and the neighborhood. Winton park is a private community of
people who love and care about their neighborhood.

2. We will miss being able to walk to the downtown restaurants, or to the train when we were

commuting. We used to love walking our kids to school as well.

3. Having the entire family over for holidays and gatherings, entertaining in our home
is amazing.

4. The division of spaces in the home provides for privacy and quiet time when needed. We
each have our own spaces which was wonderful when Covid struck and we were home

so often.

5. Relaxing in the Sunroom peacefully after a long day, or over a restful weekend

6. Listening to the trees rustle and birds sing give peace and respite from the daily life in NYC.

7. We will miss the beautiful fall foliage that this neighborhood provides.

8. Making smores over our firepit on the stone patio with the entire family and the neighbors.

9. Our incredible neighbors who are always there for us; whether we need a cup of sugar last
minute or to watch over the house while we are away.

10. We will surely miss our inviting home and this beautiful neighborhood that people enjoy

coming to visit.
