5 MANOR DRIVE
1. Our beautiful perennial gardens, blooming trees and
shrubs around the property.
2. Enjoying the breathtaking sunset views over the
mountains at every season.
3. We love hearing the sound of the waterfall in the koi
pond perfectly sited near the front entrance of the
front yard.
4. Being so centrally located to all of the major cities
around us...Bridgeport, New Haven, Danbury and Wa-
terbury.
5. The wonderful neighbors and sense of community
that we all share. From Halloween, to the summer dog
walkers & joggers to our winter wonderland. The neigh-
borhood is very interactive!
6. Masuk High School being so close and convenient.
7. Our circular driveway! The ease of coming in the
front door as well as through the garage or lower level
is so convenient for us and our friends and family.
8. 5 car garages! Having the 3 additional bays below
the adjacent studio works out so well for a summer car,
work truck or extra storage that is so easily accessible.
9. The amazing parks have everything: swim, hike, fish,
kid playgrounds, tennis and numerous ball fields. Wolfe
