What made you fall in love with 6 Shadow Ridge Circle?

We were moving from Texas to Connecticut and were looking for a family
home with plenty of room both inside and out. We found the house after
looking at many homes and fell in love with it. We loved the pool area, the large
yard for the dogs to run around in, the privacy of it being at the end of a cul-de-

sac, and it's proximity to shops and restaurants. We were amazed with the
inside of the home the moment we saw it. The spacious Great Room with
fireplace is one of our favorite rooms. The kitchen is the perfect size as
everyone always gathers in there when we are hosting and the flow of the house

is just perfect for entertaining our family and friends

Why are you moving?

We have decided to move down south to be closer to family. We moved to
Connecticut because of our careers and loved it but now we are able to make
the move to be closer to family.

What did you love about living in Newtown?

We truly appreciate the blend of tranquility and community here. The
picturesque scenery, with rolling hills and lush greenery, creates a peaceful
environment that's perfect for outdoor activities like biking and hiking. The
community is tight-knit. Local events, such as farmer's markets and seasonal

festivals, really bring everyone together. The balance of rural charm with
convenient access to nearby cities and airports for work makes it such a great
location. Overall, we loved our time here, it's a place where we felt at home,
surrounded by nature and wonderful neighbors.
