When was home purchased?
2001
What made you fall in love with this home?
We loved the proximity to schools, the train station for getting into the City for work, and
the friendliness of our quaint neighborhood. The cul de sac really makes for the perfect
setting to raise a family and create lifelong memories.
Why are you moving?
It is bittersweet, but we are moving back to Massachusetts where we were born and raised
to be closer to our friends and family whom we miss.
Will you miss the neighbors?
Yes, we have developed a close relationship with our surrounding neighbors and many
friends in town. Everyone is lovely.
Tell me about the grounds?
We will miss our picturesque corner lot. The stately old trees are both charming and
practical for shade and privacy.
What makes your property so special?
The wonderful open spaces in our home have been so great for hosting our friends and
family during the holidays. We will miss our unique neighborhood and the relationships
we've made over the last 20+ years.
