3. Hearing our kids and their friends running around the house, playing in the yard

and pool.

4. Drinking coffee and cooking in the kitchen, surrounded by beauty … watching birds in

the bird bath.

5. Watching the sunrise from the master bathroom … seeing everything in the yard
coming back to life in the spring.

6. Spending time in the lower level designed with nothing but fun in mind.

7. The convenience of being minutes away from everything we need – schools, trains,

beach, groceries, stores.

8. The most amazing dressing room off the master bedroom.

9. Sitting in front of the fire with the family reading, talking, whatever – just being happy

together and at peace.
