What made you fall in love with 250 High Street?
It is a spacious house that was built in 1996 with central heat/cooling located in a safe neighborhood.

I enjoyed the stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and cooking on the gas stove. I had plenty of
out door barbecue's on my generous sized deck. The open floor plan from the kitchen to the family room
was great for entertaining with my friends and family. The easy access to highways and train station for

commute to NYC
Will you miss the neighbors?
Yes, I will definitely miss my amazing neighbors. My next door neighbor kept an eye on my house when I

was away on vacation. She collected mail when the post office overlooked my request to hold mail. My
neighbor across the street cleared my driveway after a 8” snow storm while I was away on vacation. All my
neighbors helped each other when we had 3’ of snow a few years ago. It’s a great neighborhood and I will

miss them.
What makes your property special?

I love the layout and I’m not sure I can find
the same in a new home! I also enjoyed the

deck overlooking a private backyard and
two car attached garage that is ideal in cold

snowy winters in Connecticut.
Why are you moving?

I accepted a new job on the west coast and I
will miss the beautiful Fairfield town, home
and amazing neighbors.
