THE HOMEOWNER'S STORY: LIFE AT 39 KINGSBURY DRIVE

Some homes not only have the added feeling of warmth and security, but have the feeling

of love within its walls. Not only has it been all that for us, but for so many that would visit
                         through the years.

We are a family of five with two dogs. When we found this home over a decade ago, we fell
in love with it and the town and school systems, which are top notch. The neighborhood
is beautiful, quiet, friendly, and with so many places to walk and bike. Some of our favorite
memories involve cookouts on the deck, or football Sundays in the den, or birthday parties

by the pool, or holidays in our dining room. So many evenings with laughter and s’mores by
the firepit while watching the kids catch lightning bugs in the summer. Cozied up by a wood
fireplace watching a family movie in the den, in the fall. Watching through the many large
                         windows, as the kids built a snow man or sled in the front and side of the yard in the winter;
and of course Spring, when we’d plant and garden while the kids played basketball or would
                         swing on the swing set.

Our yard was our oasis, perfect for children of all ages. We’d spend everyfall, spring and
summer outside almost daily by the pool or on the deck by a fire pit. We love to entertain

and cook out with the kids, friends, and neighbors. We even often have the extra special
bonus of seeing deer walk through the yard with their fawn. Privacy, greenery, and serenity
like this cannot be taken for granted easily.

The house is very open and welcoming. We would invite friends and family on holidays
and special occasions without concern over space. We loved to have several Christmas
trees during the holidays and enjoyed one in the front room and one in the den. Family

and friends would visit from all over the country during Christmas and we have so many
memories of sledding and snowball fights, with plenty of room for all.

The most memories in this house emanate from the fireplace. From September to April, we
always had a fire going. What is it about a real fire? It just brings people together.

Our home has many upgraded amenities, including hard wood floors, double ovens,
stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, designated office space, ruby roc pool deck
(excellent for children and safety, as well as cool on the feet in the summer), an electric pet

fence, a heated pool, a butler’s pantry, an indoor jacuzzi bath tub, and spacious walk in
shower. The kids have their own designated spaces with additional space for relaxing with a
book and a designated piano room for listening or playing music, where they learned how.
Much can be found in many homes, but this home is special. The love and memories here
cannot be listed on a real estate description well enough to do it justice. We know the next
owners will be as happy, and do wish the next owners the same joy it has brought us. We will
                         always love this home.
