Tell me about the outdoor living space.

The pool and spa area in the private backyard
is fabulous. It's heated and gunite, and the
patio surrounding it is new, and a great place
to enjoy and entertain. And relaxing on the
covered patio is ideal from Spring through
Fall. The front porch swing on the veranda
is everyone's favorite place to watch the
neighborhood walk by while enjoying a glass
of wine.
