TOP 10 THINGS WE'LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT 8 BEACH ROAD

1. Turning onto our beautiful tree lined street and feeling home again!

2 .Our wonderful neighbors who have always made us feel welcome...our kids were in and

out of the neighbors homes all day when they were growing up. If we needed anything we
just walked across the street!

3. We loved the exclusive direct water access of ? right down the street from our house where we
could launch a kayak, paddleboard or just lounge on the beach.

4. How easy it is to get EVERYWHERE in Darien...school, the beach, shopping downtown,
restaurants, train station, I-95...we are literally minutes from every destination.

5. Our old fashioned, Norman Rockwell neighborhood! You name the season and there

are parties and activites: the Halloween Parade, Block Party, Santa's visit on the firetruck,
Christmas caroling and more.

6 The Noroton Manor Association tennis courts are just a few doors down the street from
our house. Our kids took lessons there, we had weekly round robin games and fun adult

tournaments. Because the courts are private we never had trouble getting court time.

7. We have lived in our home for 19 years...we will really moss the warm and inviting space
we have created that was large enough, yet comfortable for our family of 7.

8. Entertaining outside in warmer months...we love everything outdoors, from entertaining
on our terrace or patio to soccer in the yard or basketball on the driveway, there was always
something fun going on at our house!

9. Our life long neighbors...people who move to Beach Drive love it so much they don't leave!

10. We love our home...it is the perfect combination of traditional architecture on the exterior with a

refined, contemporary interior.
