6. Being able to enjoy good company while prep-
ping and cooking in our open kitchen with our
equipment ready-at-hand. Additionally, the
nearby dinning room & butler’s pantry made it
easy to work a party and entertain guests with-
out having to go far and miss out on all the fun.
7. Enjoying the nearby open space and bike trails,
cross country skiing at the golf course down the
street and hitting a bucket of balls at the town
golf range just around the corner.
8. Watching the kids learn how to ski down our
side yard or sledding down Blue Bell Lane!
9. The vast array of customization that we put into
the house while it was being built and the many
features and enhancements that were added
later made this home a pleasure for our family
to return to everyday.
10. The proximity and ease of getting to so many
places. The Merritt Parkway is down the road for
a pleasant drive to NYC and the nearby Fair-
field Metro Train Station makes for a fun train trip
down the coast. All of our last minute errands at
ShopRite, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and Target
can be done within a quick drive, either along
Black Rock Turnpike or at the Trumbull Mall.
