You will LOVE about 170 Windsor Road
1. Location, location, location! We are just steps away from Osborn Hill Elementary
School; and minutes away from our favorite restaurants, parks and beaches. There
is nothing like spending a warm Saturday afternoon playing fetch with our pup, or
sinking our toes in the sand with the kids!
2. The fully finished Lower Level provides so much storage we most definitely needed
as we expanded and grew our family. The additional square footage made storing
our seasonal decorations a breeze, and still oers much more space that could be a
playroom, media room or home gym. The options are endless!
3. Our backyard created the perfect scene for family and friend BBQ's, snowball fights,
and just simply relaxing around a fire with our family. We have recently expanded our
patio as well, providing more space to entertain and host all of our family & friends!
4. Wonderful neighbors; we've felt such a sense of belonging and community living on
Windsor Road! We loved walking our pup, Lord, everyday and sharing friendly chats
with our neighbors, we now consider friends!
5. The additional open loft area on the second level worked as an amazing space for our
kids to have their own little oasis away from the rest of the house. It provided great
separation, where they were able to have all the fun they wanted, while still being
close to Mom and Dad!
6. The finished Third Level that I use as my oce space... this area has become one of our
favorite spots in the house. Completely separate from the rest of the house, it created
the perfect escape to relax and focus as I work from home.
7. Walking the kids to school was always extremely convenient. Just steps away from
their elementary school. Though our walks were short, we always had a blast spending
that time together every morning and afternoon.
8. The cul-de-sac where our kids played with the neighbors. Play dates were never far, and
we never had to worry about where our kids were, as they were always right outside.
9. Even after the most hectic work day, it was always so calming pulling onto our quiet
street, and feeling the weight of our day melt o our shoulders.
10. The community. We feel like we have a friend everywhere we go. Whether we're
grabbing a cup of coee, at the park, or out for a bite to eat, we're always saying hello
to someone we know!
