AN INTERVIEW WITH THE ANDRE AND DONNA BOHY
PROUD HOMEOWNERS OF 165 PONUS AVENUE SINCE 1966
WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME?
Privacy, beautiful landscapes, the fact that Mary Martin and her
son, Larry Hagman lived here! The house is in the center of the 2.2
acres. you can't hear the road. It's peaceful and private. lots of room
for entertaining. Beautiful swimming pond and a bocce court make
summer parties a lot of fun.
WHY ARE YOU MOVING?
Our kids are grown up and out of the house. We've lived here for 51 years
and are ready for a change - finally!
TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ... WHAT MAKES THEM SO SPECIAL?
We loved the four seasons. Our yard is beautiful any time of year. Fall
was my favorite with all the colors. It’s a rare lot. 2.2 acres with a house
in the center is hard to find in Norwalk. Having the cottage for overflow,
guests and in recent years, my mother-in-law, was a wonderful thing.
