TOP 10 THINGS WE’LL MISS ABOUT LIFE AT
263 EAST HUNTING RIDGE ROAD
1. We have guests stay over all the time and having
the 2nd master suite makes it easy for everyone. I
think people come over just to use the sauna and
steam shower!
2. Having a flat private acre is absolutely priceless!
We’ve had so many parties on the deck while the
kids are running around playing whiffle ball,
football and corn hole.
3. We converted a bedroom into our second walk-in
closet. Anyone can convert it back if they wanted
to, but we love having our own closets.
4. All of the extra space in the Lower Level! We use
the bonus room as our office. Having a full
bathroom down there made it very convenient for
us and our guests.
5. Taking walks around the neighborhood, especially
in the spring.
6. Our gourmet eat-in Kitchen … I have become the
chef I always wanted to be!
7. Feeling like I am at a spa every morning with the
luxurious en-suite bathroom. Nothing beats a long
sit in the Sauna on a cold day!
8. Relaxing by the fireplace on a cold winter day
and enjoying a good read and cup of tea.
9. Being a short commute to New York City … we go
in and out all the time and it’s a breeze!
10. Having the privacy of 1+ Acre of natures beauty
but being just a short ride to the nightlife and fun in
downtown Stamford.
