wildlife.

and 1.5 luxurious baths. Complete with use of the 4 car
garage!

4. The flexibility of using the guest cottage as ideal
office space. Quiet and separate from the main house.

5. Being able to walk to the center of Greenfield Hill for
festivals or summer fairs.

6. The basement recreation room was so much fun for
the children to enjoy billiards as well as sleepovers.

7. The close proximity to downtown Fairfield for a won-
derful dinner or ice cream.

8. Having plenty of garage space (7 car garage in all)
for our car collection and motorized toys!
