Q: What made you fall in love with this home?
A:
We designed this elegant mediterranean villa style home with resort like setting to serve
as a daily and weekend sanctuary for family and friends. Every aspect of this unique home
was built with highest quality materials and workmanship. It is ideal for the the buyer with
discriminating taste and appreciation for the very best. I have traveled a quarter of a
million miles around the world these last 10 years and Easton was easily accessible.
Q: Why are you moving?
A:
With ambivalence about leaving our stunning family enclave in beautiful Connecticut, we
will be moving to Florida.
Q: Will you miss the neighbor/neighbors?
A: We are surrounded by wonderful neighbors and are minutes away from Easton Racquet
Club which we have immensely enjoyed for more than 30 years.
Q: Tell me about the grounds...
A: Breathtaking landscaped gardens surrounded by almost 4 acres of pristine woods in a
quiet cuil-de-sac makes this the most admired property in the subdivision.
Q: What makes your property special?
