We will miss about 171 Henderson Road
1. We primarily moved to Fairfield to take 6.
advantage of the award-winning school
system! We will absolutely miss the
fantastic teachers and students our
children have been so close with for the
past few years! We have never felt a better
sense of community. Riverfield Elementary
hosts an incredible amount of events and 7.
gatherings for the kids year-round!
2. The proximity to Downtown Fairfield,
Metro North, and our beautiful beaches
made living here an absolute dream. As
commuters to NYC, having many options
on travel is extremely convenient. There’s
also nothing better than taking the kids
and our pup for a walk to get ice cream
at Saugatuck Sweets, or sinking our toes
in the sand at Jennings Beach on a warm,
sunny Summer day! 8.
3. Here at Henderson Road, our community is
very tight-knit filled with so many friendly
faces we will miss chatting with everyday!
It is such a great, family-oriented street to
live on. Playdates were never far, and we
never had to worry about where our kids
were, as they were always right outside 9.
playing with the neighbors!
4. Not many people know about our hidden
gem right down the street! There’s the
beautiful Mill River right at the end of
the street that we all take our kayaks and
paddle boards to on a beautiful summer 10.
day. We just hop right in the water, and
this river leads all the way to the Sound!
5. This house provided so much living space
for our large family. The spacious main-
level living area gave us so much room to
entertain our friends and family with such
ease. The flow through-out the house
could not have been better for a layout for
indoor entertainment and al fresco dining
during the warmer months.

We love to cook and entertain! The
Kitchen made entertaining or large family
gatherings a breeze! We have so much
space to cook for our family, and the flow
between our dining room and patio made
indoor & outdoor dining so easy and fun!
Having our laundry room nestled on the
second level alongside the bedrooms is
an absolute game-changer, and I couldn't
imagine it any other way! No more lugging
heavy baskets up and down stairs or
trekking through the house with armfuls
of clothes. Instead, we simply gather up
the laundry from each bedroom and whisk
it away to our laundry room right around
the corner. It's a small detail that makes a
world of di‰erence.
The fully finished Lower Level presented
itself as a fantastic space for our guests
to stay, with complete privacy! With its
own full Bathroom and separate walk-out,
it’s like its own home, within a home! This
space also doubled great as a game room
for the kids.
We are also so thankful to have had
such an amazing nextdoor neighbor. We
come together every winter to shovel our
driveways, and have so much fun doing so!
It’s been great to know we’ve had a helping
hand whenever we needed it.
Our fully finished Third Level provided
our kids such a great space to escape. We
primarily used it as a Media Room, but
the options are endless! Especially being
equipped with a Full Bath, this makes
amazing space for a 5th Bedroom, or
guest room.
