What made you fall in love with this home.
The location was the most important consideration for choosing our home.
We love being within walking distance to the beach, the restaurants and
shops in the Town Center, the YMCA, the library, the train station, doctor’s
offices and walking distance to Sherman Elementary School for our children. It
is a great family neighborhood filled with families who are genuinely interested
and actively participating in the community both socially and academically..

Why are you moving?
My husband and I have businesses that are located in Manhattan and we have
found it challenging to get home early enough in the evening with our work
schedules to spend valuable time with our children. We will seriously miss our
home and the beach community however we have chosen to be closer to work
to get home to our children earlier.

Will you miss the neighbors?
We have made many friends in the neighborhood and we will definitely miss
the close community feeling we have come to enjoy. We have hosted parties
and we have all attended each other’s parties and our children have come to
know and love each other like they are family. The parents have carpooled
and hosted playdates regularly for the children and we will truly miss those
experiences.

Tell me about the grounds
We especially like our backyard space. Our family loves everything about
being outside. We have played games, had barbeques and sometimes
simply relaxed under our pergola with a cool beverage or morning coffee
looking across the pool and listening to nature before heading off to school
and work.

What makes your property so special?
It is difficult to find a home located just blocks from the beach and be fortunate
to find one with land large enough to have room to roam yet still have enough
space to build a fabulous pool area. Our lot has afforded us the option to have
both. My husband and I had a great time planning the addition of our new pool
location and we shared time choosing just the right landscaping to create a lush,
private oasis for our family to enjoy. Our children took swimming lessons in our very
own pool and we will always cherish the great memories we have of every moment they
experienced.
