1. We will miss the property's privacy coupled with it's
easy access to the Queen's Grant neighborhood.

2. The incredible children's activities that are readily
available from sports teams, (Little League, Babe
Ruth, Pop Warner Football, travel soccer, and ten-
nis) as well as all the festivals and school carnivals.

3. The education choices of either the excellent Fair-
field Public Schools or one of the many local pri-
vate day schools.

4. We will miss the close proximity to the water and
the many local beaches as well as our boat and
fishing in Long Island Sound.

5. Entertaining friends and family around the pool
while watching and listening to the sounds of the
children.

6. A relaxing lunch or dinner on the back deck listen-
ing to great music out of our built-in sound system.

7. Baking special treats for an upcoming party or hol-
iday.

8. Sunday walks around the nature preserve behind
our house looking for blueberries to pick.

9. The wonderful rescue farm across the street.

10. The easy access to 95, the Merritt Parkway, and
the town centers of Southport, Fairfield and West-
port for easy shopping.
