WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH 45 JENIFORD ROAD?

The home was built by very reputable local builders. We
saw another similar property that already had an offer on
it. We lucked out when we found out they were working on a
similar build in town. We purchased the home when it was only a
foundation and added many beautiful upgrades. The layout of the

home is ideal. It is roomy and has a very open floor plan.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

Our children attend private school in Trumbull and we need to be

closer. The commute is challenging. We love our home and would
pick it up and move it closer to their school if we could.

WILL YOU MISS THE NEIGHBORS?
Yes, we really like our neighbors and neighborhood. Everyone is very

friendly and our street is fairly quiet. Walking distance to Holland
hills elementary school with safe sidewalks.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...

Inside the home is extremely peaceful. It is our sanctuary. We will
always enjoy the memories of our children running freely around
the open floor plan.

CONSIDER A POOL?

There is plenty of room in our backyard for a pool but we chose
not to put one in because our girls enjoyed the space to run around
and play.
