We love about 44 Red Fox Lane

1. We love that our home is tucked away on a private cul de sac just minutes away from
major roads and highways with easy access to the Metro North Train, shopping, and more.

2. We appreciated having the highly rated award winning schools o­ered by the Town of

Trumbull for our three children to learn and grow at through the years.

3. We will really miss the picturesque water views of the neighboring pond that we have
enjoyed year round through the years.

4. Christmas is a special time in Nichols. We will miss driving through the Nichols

neighborhoods to enjoy the Christmas tradition in Nichols of lighting up the
neighborhoods with Luminaria on Christmas Eve.

5. We felt safe knowing that the Nichols community has two local fire stations close by in
case of emergency and the EMS group is town is very responsive.

6. We loved that the Nichols community has its own community organization (The Nichols
Improvement Association) that o­ers residents open spaces, a community house and
many community activities throughout the year.

7. We have enjoyed having deeded pond rights to the neighboring pond for fishing in the
summer and ice skating in the winter when the ice is frozen and safe.

8. Our neighborhood is very walkable. We love that the neighbors are often out for walks
and runs in the neighborhood. It is a very friendly community.

9. We love relaxing in the summer in the indoor/outdoor spaces of our deck that sits o­

sliders from the Kitchen and the all season Sunroom.

10. We will miss the festive vibe of the holidays on Red Fox Lane. All of the homes on the cul
de sac “dress up for the holidays.” The lights reflex beautifully on the neighboring pond. It
looks like a Currier and Ives Christmas Scene! Everyone comes by to take a look!
