Q: Why are you moving?
A: Kids are graduating high school and we are going to downsize.
Q: Tell us about the neighborhood and area.
A: LOVE our street. Neighbors rock. Beautiful to drive down every day. Super close to town,
beach and schools.
Q: What made you choose this home over others when you bought it?
A: Beautiful street, private property, proximity to town, schools and beach. Love that the
house sits on a hill. Could envision our renovation– creating a charming country cottage on
outside, rustic elegance on inside and spectacularly landscaped property for entertaining.
Q: Do you have a favorite room? And if so, what makes it so special?
A: Hard to say really. Happy place having coffee in the sunroom with hydrangeas in bloom or
snow-covered stone walls. Love snuggling up in front of a fire with our sons in the family
room off kitchen and nothing beats taking a bath at all times of year and seeing the leaves
turn red in the fall and green in the spring.
Q: Are you happy with the schools?
A: Beyond thrilled. Our boys couldn’t be more different and have each thrived and found
fantastic classes, friendships and teacher and coach advocates. Westport schools are one of
a kind.
