                                                            3.  Appreciating the charming original details of

                                                            4.  The school bus picking the children up at the
                                                               front door rather then at a neighborhood bus
                                                               stop.
                                                            5.  Being around the corner from Island Brook
                                                               park where we could take the kids to the
                                                               playground or go to play tennis or basketball.

                                                            6.  Enjoying BBQ's with friends and family on the
                                                               back deck.

                                                            7.  The wonderful open floor plan on the ground
                                                               floor.
                                                            8.  Having a bright and sunny 3 season room
                                                               that served as a playroom as well.

                                                               allowed us to get to the parkways, mall, and
