We will miss about 184 Blaine Street

1. Absolutely the Location!! We enjoy walking into town every day to The Pantry to get a fresh
baked croissant and coee.

2. Sitting in the front room surrounded by windows relaxing and reading a book.

3. Biking to the beach with our kids and grandkids and then stopping at Reef Shack or Buds
Deli for a special treat.

4. Will miss seeing our neighbors out on walks. A walk around the block usually turns into a
much longer walk because we always end up chatting with the neighbors.

5. Having downtown so close always gave us so many options great for dinner. We loved trying

the new restaurants as they opened and also frequented our favorites, Centro and Saugatuck
Sweets for ice cream!

6. Walking to the Farmer's Market every Sunday on the Town Green for fresh vegetables.

7. When we need to go into NYC or our kids come in from NYC, having the train in walking
distance makes it so easy.

8. Great schools in town while our kids were young & also having the bus stop in front of our
house was an added bonus for late mornings!

9. All of the town events- all in walking distance- Music on the green, the Christmas Tree

Lighting, Farmers Market, Harvest Market- so many great things the town oers.

10. Sitting in the backyard enjoying the tranquility - it reminds us of sitting in an English garden
surrounded by the beautiful stone wall and hydrangea trees.
