A: 1. A very long driveway that’s a safe space for kids to ride bikes and play.
2. The grassy lawn at the front of the house is great for picnics on a sunny day and really
fun for tubing in the winter.
3. The soothing sounds of the creek can be heard year round.
4. The hill in the back of the house creates a secluded, private area for grilling, roasting
marshmallows, entertaining or just relaxing.

A: 1. Built in 2005, updated in 2018.
2. Unbeatable location. Only a 30 minute stroll to Compo Beach. Convenient and close to
everything.
3. One of the best school districts in CT.
4. The constant sound of running water from the brook.
5. The wildlife that also call our property their home - deer, woodchuck, turkeys, a fox,
cardinals and bluejays.
