290 ALMA DRIVE
1. THE VIEW! Protected woods across the river so
no development. It’s like watching the Nature
Channel unfold in your backyard!
2. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the
peacefulness of the scenery (and the Blue
Heron who comes to fish everyday).
3. A real neighborhood with sidewalks and street
lamps - everyone out bike riding and dog/
baby/exercise walking. Great for kids!
4. The house has room for multi-generational
family living.
5. Canoeing and fishing in the Mill River, catching
bass, trout, etc.
6. Waiting for our age-old mama snapping turtle
to show up early in June (after a rain) to lay her
eggs in the vegetable garden - the exact
same spot every year! Incredible … hatch in
September.
7. Easy location to town, schools, highways and
train station.
8. Walking to Riverfield Elementary School for
school events.
9. Roasting marshmallows and making s’mores at
the fire pit on a summer evening with friends.
10. Neighborhood transitioning back to its roots 50
years ago, with younger families moving in.
