1. We are going to miss our vibrant neighborhood’s young families.

2. The three parks within walking distance.

3. Having multiple beaches within 10 minute drive. Concerts at Short beach in the summer

4. We have enjoyed our renovated kitchen giving us more counter space and cabinetry to store and
have lots of room to prepare meals.

5. Paradise Green concerts at the gazebo on Tuesdays in the summer. Great evening with family

and friends enjoying live music.

6. Family barbecue's and margaritas on our large back deck through spring to fall.

7. Football Sundays in the lower level rec room..

8. Being close to stores and being able to run errands easily and close by. Having easy access to the

Merritt and I-95. Train station to go into the city for shows and diner.

9. Having large family dinners and holidays with plenty of space in our open floor dining room and
living room.

10. Our kids grew up in this house and we hope another family makes beautiful memories here like

we did! We will miss our home and community and look forward to our next chapter of life

down south in the warm

weather all year round.
