Top 10 Things you will love about 242 Rowayton Avenue

1. We will miss walking to Rowayton market for milk and basics, or for a delicious sandwich

and snack on the way to Bayley beach!

2. We will miss sitting out on the private stone patio on crisp fall nights enjoying games by

the gas fire pit.

3. We will miss the kids running around in the fully fenced private back yard and relaxing in
the brand new hot tub after a long day at work in the city.

4. We will miss walking to the train for work in just 5 minutes, the commute is an absolute
dream and we will miss the convenience of being close to Norwalk shopping and Rowayton
beaches.

5. We will miss riding the motorcycle down to coast within minutes and enjoying Rowayton
fireworks on the 4th of July!

6. We will miss pushing the kids strollers down to Pickney park on the water and having

summer picnics together.

7. We will miss hosting friends and family in our spacious family room with the french doors

open to the back yard in the summer time. All of our friends have said they will miss coming
over and having get togethers in our home.

8. We will miss the beautiful lower level which we finished to have an additional playroom
for the kids, because of a wonderful work opportunity we will be moving to the West coast

but will sorely miss this home and all the space it has to offer!

9. We will miss the kind Rowayton community and beach goer lifestyle. We enjoyed going on

friends boats all summer long as well as summers on the water playing in the sand with the
little ones.

10. We will miss our spacious master bedroom and bathroom where we enjoyed many glass-
es of wine on the balcony and enjoyed books by the fire place where we relaxed after a long

day of work in the city and 3 little ones running around!
