334 PINE CREEK AVENUE
1. THE VIEW!!! – The view never gets old! The best
part about it is that it changes every day de-
pending on the tide, the weather and the sea-
son! The sunsets are the best in the fall and win-
ter. Seeing the lights on Long Island at night be-
fore going to bed, watching lightening storms
blow through and listening to the fog horns on
foggy days are part of everyday life here.
2. ACCESS TO THE WATER – Whether we are on our
boat, dropping a kayak in the water or simply en-
joying an afternoon on the dock watching our
neighbors come and go down the creek, there’s
nothing like having direct access to the water.
3. ITALIAN LUNCH ON THE DOCK – One of our favor-
ite things to do in nice weather is inviting friends
and family over for a long ‘Italian lunch’ on the
dock then hop in the boat for a spin around
Southport Harbor.
4. OUR NEIGHBORS – We have a nice mix of people
in our neighborhood – young families with kids,
empty nesters who just want to have fun and a
very active retiree group. Everyone walks around
here so its easy to get to know people.
5. THE NEIGHBORHOOD – Our neighborhood is very
quiet and peaceful. It’s nice that we live on a
dead end and most people honor our 15mph
speed limit. We don’t have the noise and traffic
associated with college students living here like
other beach areas in town.
