1. Watching birds and wildlife from the windows, or while relaxing on the
deck.
2. The hill full of daffodil blooms behind the house in the Spring brings vibrant
color and life to the property.
3. Walking to the Connecticut Audubon Society and hiking on its trails.
4. Watching the children play and explore with grandparents in the woods
behind the house. There is nothing better than nature's playground!
5. Playing games in the sun drenched game room over the garage. So many
family memories were made there.
6. The quiet in the bedrooms when their doors are closed. This house is solid!
We enjoyed the same peace and serenity inside as we did outside.
7. Having so much living space! The multiple living spaces afford us many
options.
8. All the storage space under the house, perfect for gardening tools, bikes, and
outdoor toys.
9. Easy access to Black Rock Turnpike or downtown Fairfield or Westport for shops,
libraries and restaurants.
10. The Greenfield Hill community has so much to offer! Beautiful tree lined streets,
Greenfield Hill Market, hikes, and quiet neighborhoods.
