Setiu is one of the many districts in Terengganu. Bordering with Besut District north-wise,
Hulu Terengganu west-wise, Kuala Nerus south-wise and Kuala Terengganu southeast-wise,
South China sea east-wise. Permaisuri city is one of the many main cities in Setiu District serving as main
attraction in Setiu as well as functioning as administration centre located right in the heart of Setiu District.
Other main cities in Setiu District were Sungai Tong and Chalok.
