        The Residents Rights section of the new CMS regulations is a very important section for an Ombudsman.
        Although you are encouraged to READ the actual regs prior to citing them (to provide detail and context), as an
        Ombudsman you are strongly encouraged to read all 28 pages in section 483.10.

            •  Exercise his or her rights without interference, coercion, discrimination, or reprisal
