               backstopped by regulatory and cost control specialists, every operation is seamlessly
               executed while each dollar is tracked and reported.  As a SubTerra client not only will
               you know exactly what the status of your operations is at all times, you will have the
               ability to see where your capital has been allocated and what the forecasted schedule
               and cost is.

               With SubTerra’s extensive and midstream focused project schedule comes expanded
               buying power, even when it comes to special projects and odd hole and casing
               sizes.  We pass this value on to clients through our complete full project cycle
               procurement management.  We use our leverage and industry leading cloud driven
               (digitally auditable) system to drive material and service costs as much as 20% lower
               than industry benchmarks.  Our preferred vendors who have been thoroughly vetted
               and field-tested drive additional value by seamlessly integrating into our processes and
               shaving time (and cost) from scheduled tasks.  The client always has full access to the
               procurement materials and the digital access log and time stamp data to ensure a fair
               and accurate bid process.  Following task completion, the system checks vendor
               invoices vs bid data, and stamped field data and ensures the client never
               overpays.  SubTerra then issues a single comprehensive invoice to the client which they
               can be sure is not only accurate but fully verified by our multi step verification
               process.  The small markup added is significantly less than the savings delivered off
               and the savings from never overpaying on a single invoice.  As part of the Vendor
               Management value, should work for whatever reason not be delivered by a Vendor as
               promised then SubTerra will represent the client and use the tools at our disposal to
               ensure credits are issued and the Vendor makes it right for our clients.  We represent
               you, the client every step of the way and your best interest and successful project is
               what drives us.
