Vietnam's economy to rebound, China's growth to slow in 2022: ADB
Vietnam’s economy is expected to rebound to 6.5 per cent this year and
further expand to 6.7 per cent in 2023 due to the high vaccination rate,
trade expansion and continued accommodative monetary and fiscal
policies, while China’s economic growth will slow in 2022 and 2023 as
domestic demand remains lacklusture despite continued export strength
and increased fiscal support according to the Asian Development Bank
(ADB).
中國增加煤炭發電 可能衝擊北京氣候目標
中國政府在 2020 年對遏止地球暖化做出減碳承諾並設定目標，然而
到了隔年卻受到各地嚴重缺電的衝擊，恢復並擴大煤炭投入發電的
政策，藉此確保能源安全，但是增加燃煤也將大量溫室氣體排放到
大氣。分析指出，北京的做法可能會對其 2060 年的碳中和目標帶來
巨大壓力。
