Infinitives are used to explain why someone is doing something, often
replacing the phrase “in order to.” Infinitives are also used after certain
verbs and adjectives.
He offered to help me.
I want to invite you to my birthday party.
I need to finish this work today.
She asked to give her some coffee.
They don't like to watch movies.
I managed to get this job.
I would like to have some tea.
I am glad to meet you.
To love is to live.
