Why Style Matters!
We provide our agents with a Seasonal Style Guide to provide you with the guidelines for how our brand is visually presented to consumers for the Fall 2022 and Winter 2023 seasons. The purpose of a Style Guide is to make sure our multiple contributors create a clear and cohesive message that reflects our company’s corporate style and ensures brand consistency with every design piece we produce.
Consistent branding allows us to differentiate the properties we are promoting while delivering critical messaging and encouraging loyalty by driving authority and trust in our business. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty aims to guide customer perception from the onset of the engagement through the buyer/seller decision-making process.
Consistency across marketing channels and assets is also valuable to brand recognition in the long-run. Studies have shown that we perceive brands as personifications of companies, affecting our buying decisions. We are also more likely to buy from brands we know because they’re familiar, and we are all creatures of habit sometimes.
