Brand Bits for Business Accounts
When referring to your company name, say your full company name (e.g., “Berkshire Hathaway HomeSer- vices Allison & Doyle Real Estate”). Additional references in the same video can be shortened to your DBA (e.g., “Allison & Doyle Real Estate”). Any other abbreviations are strictly prohibited.
Refrain from saying anything about Warren Buffett. Please do not refer to “BHHS.” Always say “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices” when referring to the entire network.
Each video should include your company logo and appropriate disclaimer. Videos should be treated as a marketing piece.
If you include a graphic, ensure to use your company logo to identify your specific company. Corporate logos and Quality Seals are not permitted.
If you reference your company name, follow the same rules as page name.
Posts (and the Facebook page itself) do not require a disclaimer due to limited space. However, ensure the “one-click rule” is applied to any provided links or URLs - when a consumer clicks on a link or URL, they should be lead to a page that includes the correct disclaimer.
When using any logo elements, ensure they are displayed in their entirety and clearly.
Ensure all company references are spelled out in their entirety, abbreviations of your company name are not permitted.
