The BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP is a globally operating group of
companies, consisting of several member companies, with their
corporate and business headquarters in various locations around the
world.
The group of companies - BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP developed a project
financing concept, the licensing of which was granted by the primary holding
company - BLACK MOUNTAIN MANAGEMENT LIMITED, to the licensee, the BLUE
OCEAN TRUST.
For the implementation of the project financing concept and the associated provision of
credit, the BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP forms an internationally oriented financial
consortium, consisting of venture capital and private equity partners, banks, financial and
insurance institutes, lawyers, tax consultants, notaries, auditors, trustees etc.
