On behalf of our group of companies - BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP and its member companies, we would

like to thank you for your interest in our range of activities.

Our presentation describes our compliance guidelines combined with a procedure tailored to our range of business.

For this purpose, our group of companies has established a compliance department called -

GLOBAL COMPETENCE TEAM at its locations in the USA and in HONG KONG, which primarily acts

according to the specifications of the target parameters of our group of companies. She organizes

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE in an integrated, innovative and holistic approach.

The constantly changing legal regulations are taken into account in order to apply them to global risks and their management, to identify

them at an early stage and to control them accordingly. To this end, we also monitor and manage the relevant topics in the areas of strategy,

financial and non-financial reporting, compliance and operations.

The holistic and integrated control in the risk and compliance management systems ensures effectiveness as well as efficiency and thus

acceptance through standardization and digitalization. The systems set up relate, among other things, to the possibility of testing and

certification according to the relevant IDW and ISO standards.

We also apply our CORPORATE GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE to our interested

parties in accordance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and guidelines.

With these comprehensive areas of responsibility, we guarantee

the integrity, transparency and legal compliance of our group of

companies.
