ABOUT ATTILA KONNYU
Attila Konnyu was born in Budapest, where he studied architecture at Ybl Miklos University. Konnyu began his  lm career in the 1980s, He worked with Hungarian Television (MTV) as executive producer and MAFILM Budapest as artistic director.
In 2003, Konnyu directed and produced the Radiomax party in Amnesia Ibiza (the Best Global Club around the world) on Ibiza Island, Spain. In the 2010s he produced and directed numerous short  lm productions and he was also a screenwriter.
Konnyu has traveled all over the world, he visited the continent of Australia and many countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North and South America and in the Paci c Islands. He lived in the magni cent Mediterranean countries, (Italy and Spain) for three years. Konnyu met personally with the two genius abstract expressionist artists, in Tuscany with Karel Appel, (CoBrA group) and in island of Ibiza with Emil Schumacher.
After he moved to the United States in 2013, Konnyu's American experiences and inspirations reinvigorated his grand love for movie-making and with his American partners he started to work from 2016 in the professional  eld of the modern movie and entertainment art business in United States.
He is a producer, director and writer of movie and theatrical show productions, uses innovative processes, which incorporates the concepts of complex artistic expressions, like the music compositions, visual computing technology and special ballet, a "new dance" form.
His  lm, the Awakening is the  rst interactive dance theater and virtual animated  lm production in the world, using 3D video projection mapping technology with interactive contemporary dance. The production combines some of the greatest works of giant composers with modern technical solutions and new dance forms of human culture.
In the  lm Awakening, dancers immerse in unique space and time images of futuristic animations of life, romance, and the universe. By use of projection mapping known as video mapping and spatial augmented reality, Konnyu adds extra dimensions, optical illusions, and notions of movements. The audio-visual narrative of this intriguing movie depicts the human inner world and its journey to  nd purpose and spiritual awakening. The effect is a creative inspiration by music, dance, and vivid colors.
