10) Once you have done the redemption, it will show as “Pending for Approval” as it
awaits either “approval” or “rejection” by the Lifestyle team.
11) Due to any circumstances, if your redemption has been rejected, you have the option
of re-doing the redemption and selecting another travel or tour date.
Click on “Click to Redeem” to re-do the redemption for those redemptions that have
been rejected.
